Before we start, let's toast with Prosecco and Bruschetta! Savor our signature bruschetta with marinated yellow cherry tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and extra virgin olive oil.

● Scialatielli with Lemon and Fresh Shrimp Tartare – Learn how to make our traditional scialatielli from scratch, then pair them with a delicate sauce made with Sorrento lemons, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and a topping of finely chopped fresh shrimp for a touch of elegance.
● Polpetta di Pesce Locale with Velouté of Sorrento Lemons – A delicate local fish croquette served with a silky lemon velouté.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the class are non-refundable.
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
